New cell models in Panasonic Product Range

The Panasonic Industrial Solutions Group is a global corporation providing products and services for the industry. For 104 years (established in 1918), it has been synonymous with Japanese innovation, reliability and quality of manufactured components.
Panasonic particularly emphasizes on its famous BR and CR technologies, which have been setting the standards of exceptional quality and reliability in the market for many decades.
Manufactured in cylindrical and button constructions, standard and high-temperature cells can be perfectly matched for demanding applications in industrial equipment, both in terms of the highest energy density as well as high pulse currents.

It is also worth to underline the chemical stability of cell system, which ensures a stable and predictable operating voltage throughout its life, the lowest possible self-discharge, and reliable operation for many years (confirmed over 20 years in operation).
In order to constantly improve its product offer, Panasonic introduces to the market two models of lithium cells:
CR-2/3AU (1600 mAh)  and  CR-LAZ (3000 mAh)
More about Panasonic CR Series.
CR series cylindrical lithium batteries are characterized by long-term reliability, operating temperature range from -40 ° C to + 85 ° C, self-discharge rate at + 20 ° C of only 1.0% per year, stable operating voltage and impedance throughout the service life and high current efficiency.
CR series lithium button cells, on the other hand, have a proven track record of excellent performance in professional electronic equipment. These cells are characterized by good pulse operation capability, stable voltage level during discharge, stable impedance throughout the service life and long-term reliability. Operating temperature range: -30 ° C to + 85 ° C, and the self-discharge at + 20 ° C is only 1.0% per year.
