  • The basis for accepting the complaint is correctly completed and sent a complaint form and returning the defective product to Wamtechnik
  • The complaint process is initiated when the defective product is returned to the warehouse
  • We inform you about the result of the complaint by e-mail or by phone
  • If the Customer's system requires a claim number (RMA), please provide such information in the field ADDITIONAL REMARKS of the complaint form
