Dear Clients and Business Partners,

As a company of key importance for the industry of battery packs and battery power systems, we have been monitoring the international situation for a long time, preparing for a possible business activity in the increasing risk of viral infection. For this reason, even before official government announcements, we proactively took appropriate precautions to guarantee the safety of employees and ensure uninterrupted business continuity.

We know, however, that appearing messages about the limitation of commercial activities cause many people to worry about their orders and continuity of production in the coming weeks. We are aware that often the functioning of your enterprise depends on our products, therefore we want to reassure you and ensure that at the moment we do not expect any production stop.

We confirm security of production, stock levels and logistics activities concerning your pending orders. We ensure business continuity and safety of our employees.

Thus, we inform that:

• Considering the situation, all contacts with customers are made by phone or e-mail. Meetings are only possible in the form of teleconferences
• All recommendations of the Ministry of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate have been implemented in the workplace, so that our employees are safe and able to maintain necessary hygiene of work;
• The company was divided into three security zones to reduce excessive contact between employees. Buffer zones have been designated and part of the work has been automated;
• Persons working remotely have been properly trained to guarantee the security of business data flow.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that our inventory allows us to continue execution of your orders. If the situation should change, we will communicate it on a regular basis.

We are aware that the next few weeks will be difficult for all of us, which is why we make every effort to ensure that each of our employees and contractors is satisfied with the cooperation, without unnecessarily endangering their lives and health.
