    We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Polish act on the protection of personal data. The processing of personal data will take place to fulfill contractual obligations.

    implementation of activities prior to the conclusion of the contract, which are performed at the client’s request
    execution of orders and orders serviced without a contract
    implementation of activities related to information and contracts of a business nature.

    Withdrawal of consent

    Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing until the consent is withdrawn.

    Personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the above purposes of processing.

    Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

    You have the right to:

    require access to your personal data, rectification thereof, restrictions on the processing of personal data or to remove them,
    to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, the withdrawal at any time of the previously granted consent to the processing of personal data,
    any objection to the processing of personal data at any time
    submit a complaint to the supervisory body, ie to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if it is found that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
